TechTeam Global and Orange Business Services sign new 5-year, multimillion dollar contract
TechTeam Global has signed a 5-year, multimillion dollar contract with Orange Business Services for global Contact Center and Business Talk Global services, both based on Business VPN, a fully-managed, secure, global IP infrastructure from Orange Business Services. In addition, Orange Business Services will provide audio conferencing, Web conferencing, Network Interactive Voice Response and IS Maintenance services and will support TechTeam in customer reporting and billing.

CSC Signs Major Five-Year IT Services Contract Extension with UTC
CSC announced a five-year extension to its global information technology outsourcing agreement with United Technologies Corporation (UTX). The extension adds over $1.5 billion in value to the existing contract, which now runs until December 2019. The extension also provides CSC with the immediate opportunity to expand into new geographies with a potential new business value of an additional $300 million.

Genpact wins 5-year Contract from Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Limited
Genpact Limited and Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Ltd (BAPL) announced the signing of a five year contract for BAPL’s IT operations in India. As part of this engagement, Genpact will provide BAPL with a unique hosted IT application and infrastructure services model that will allow BAPL to focus on its core business of developing aerotropolis projects and scale operations without undertaking large capital investments in IT.

AT&T picks up 8.07% stake in Tech Mahindra
US telecom provider AT&T has picked up an 8.07% stake in Tech Mahindra from its promoters in return for giving the company a certain amount of business over a period. According to a filing on the NSE on Monday, AT&T purchased about 98.7 lakh shares in an off-market transaction at $3.5, or about Rs 162, per share.
