India remains Number One for Outsourcing - Gartner Study

Everyone knows that the benefits of outsourcing are numerous but the biggest two advantages are creation of efficiency and operational cost savings. A new study by Gartner continues to show that India and China remain the preferred countries when it comes to outsourcing.  India remians the top destination for offshore locations in Asia Pacific for 2010 however Gartner's new study shows that competition may come from Malaysia, Phillipines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Garntner's study shows that companies continue to outsource their call center and technology operations to India because they may find over 50% savings in their labor costs from simply outsourcing to countries like India and Phillipines.  Everest, another outsourcing research firm reported that the outsourcing market will grow over 20% in 2010 and reach an annual contract value of $1.3 billion.

Most organizations simply don't have the in-house expertise or resources to keep doing everything internally. By bringing on a qualified and  experienced outsourcinig partner, companies can reduce costs, leverage third-party skills, and improve overall performance.

Business isn't slowing down. As the country comes out of recession, more and more emphasis to perform better with fewer resources will result in more strategic offshore partners in 2010 and beyond.
